Reading the minutes on an analogue clock

I have learnt to read how many minutes have passed the hour on an analogue clock.
It was tricky because you had to count up in your 5s 8 times.

I have learnt to write a set of instructions. It's easy all you have to do the title and equipment list and instructions.  I need to work on using the word bank to help me spell descriptive verbs.

I am learning to understand a graphic features like a pie chart. It was tricky because  I need to read the colours and the key to understand what the pie chart was showing.

I have been learning to structure a recount. It was tricky because it took time to think what part of a recount it was.

I am learning to make a connections to the story.  I found this easy because it's easy to make connections to remember what we did.

Summarising using keywords

Reflection
I am learning to summarise using keywords.  Keywords are interesting words that are related to the story.  It was easy because you can use the book the help and use the who, what, when and problem.

I am learning to add WOW words to add detail to my writing.  My next steps are to write my capital letters and full stops in the right places.

I have been learning to make inferences which is when the author shows you what's happening.  My next steps are to keep on trying to guess what the author's trying to say.

I can add numbers by starting from 1.  My next step is to count on from the biggest number.

I am learning to talk about the plot of a story.  I am learning that in the plot there are events and a problem.  It is hard to remember all of these things.
